Here's all the info you need to know for your upcoming session, please read through everything below. If you have any questions don't hesitate to drop us an email!

We recommend to bring along a nude or black colored thong or some sort of underwear that won't show underneath swimsuits & lingerie (if you're thinking about going that route for your session). We have everything else for wardrobe on hand here. If you'd like to bring anything along from your personal wardrobe (lingerie, dresses, shoes, special/sentimental accessories, etc) please feel free to do so!
We additionally suggest to paint your nails the night before your session as it tops off the polished vintage look. Don't feel pressure to go out and get a manicure, painting them at home the night before is sufficient!
THINGS TO BRING
Since our studio is our photographer's live and work space (and due to our current COVID guidelines), we ask clients to not bring along any friends/significant others to their sessions.
Please be on time for your session, we ask clients not to arrive any earlier than 15 minutes before their session. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your shoot your session will be forfeited.
ARRIVING FOR YOUR PHOTO SHOOT
Hair and makeup is included with all of our session packages. To make things go smoothly on day-of, please come with clean/dry hair (one day dirty is fine as well if there isn't product in it), and no makeup on.
HAIR & MAKEUP
The balance for your session is due on your shoot date. We accept cash and credit/debit via Square (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx & Discover). All transactions are subject to CT sales tax (6.35%).
After you have completed the deposit for your session date & time, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Once your remaining balance is paid on your shoot date that also becomes non-refundable. Please be sure that you like your wardrobe selections, hairstyles, etc during your shoot as we unfortunately cannot offer refunds if clients later decide that they aren't happy with the creative decisions made during their session. We are more than happy to work with clients during sessions to make sure that everything is perfect and reflects your vision.
PAYMENT & CANCELATION POLICIES
We will be in touch a couple days after your session to deliver your digital contact sheets (example on the right) via Dropbox.
You will receive a PDF file with thumbnail images of all the photos we took during your session, so you can look them all over and decide which are your favorites for retouching. Contact sheets are for selection purposes only.
AFTER YOUR SHOOT & FINAL FILES
Once you've decided on your selections and send us your list, it will be about 10-14 days until you receive your final retouched photos. Your final photos will be delivered digitally, in both high and low resolution. You will receive high resolution versions without our logo on them that are ready to use for printing (if you'd like to make prints). We will also send low resolution versions that are a smaller file size and are ready for web/social media. The low resolution versions will have our small logo in the corner, and these are the versions we prefer for clients to use when posting on social media, so others will know who took your gorgeous photos!
Clients are able to optionally purchase additional retouched images from their session for $20 each. We can't guarantee how long we will have your original session files on hand in our archives, so it's best to order additional images soon after your session or with your original batch of images that are included with your shoot.
If down the road you experience a computer or hard drive crash and need to get your photos recovered, we usually have your final files on hand and can pull them from our archives (though we cannot guarantee this).
We are happy to do our best to track down and pull old files from our archive, though since this takes time we charge a small fee for image searches and re-uploads.
